A. Individual Room Booking Cancellation

Cancel 48 hours or more prior to check-in (by 11:59 PM local hotel time)	No charge
Cancel less than 48 hours before arrival	INR 5,900 cancellation fee (or full room rate if higher)

If prepayment has been made:

• Fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival (processing fees may apply).
• Non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of arrival.
  
  

If prepayment has not been made:

• The applicable cancellation fee will be charged to the credit/debit card on file.
  
  

B. Bulk Room Booking Cancellation (10 rooms or more)

• Bulk room bookings must be cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a one-night charge per room.
  
  

C. Modification of Reservation

• Any changes to reservation dates, room categories, or duration of stay may result in revised room rates and are subject to room availability at the time of modification.
  
  

C. Reservation and Advance Payment Policy

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all guests at the time of check-in.
• Bookings will be confirmed upon payment of an advance amount as follows:
  • At the time of booking: 25% of the total booking amount.
  • Midway to arrival (as per agreed date): 50% of the total booking amount.
  • On or before the date of arrival: 100% of the total booking amount.
• Reservations without advance payment may be treated as provisional and subject to
  release without prior notice.
